Returns And Refunds
REFUND: we offer refunds for excess payment , duplicate payment , order cancelled within 10 mins after purchase .
Once order process begins we can no longer offer refund .
RETURN: Due to sensitivity of products we offer no return of products purchases .
For delivery of wrong products , the company will take full responsibility.
Damaged products: Reject damaged parcels delivered by dispatch immediately and alert us for further evaluation and replacement.
We would not be liable for products not rejected immediately.
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled within 10 mins after they have been placed. Once 10 mins have passed one can not cancel an order because processing starts immediately after.
Also once parcel leaves our office and it is with courier company it cannot be stopped .
In case of order transfer to another address buyer will have to pay extra cost of delivery.
ORDER DURING SALES
Orders cannot be cancelled during a sale.
Due to sensitivity of products we do not allow exchange of items bought .
FAULT FROM COMPANY:
Whereby you receive goods you did not order or there is incomplete parcel the company will bear all responsibilities in either refunding extra balance or sending the remaining products as agreed to by both parties with proof , ensure it is escalated immediately .
DISPATCH TIME FRAME :
Within Lagos : 24 to 72 hours working days
Outside Lagos : 5 to 7 working days
Outside Nigeria : 5 to 7 working days
Please note : During sales delivery time may be elongated due to bulk purchases .
In situation where by there is delay or time lapse please contact us if within Lagos .
For outside Lagos and outside Nigeria kindly check order via tracking number provided in your email , should there be a case of delay after time lapse please contact us .
